Multipurpose model, suitable for alcoholic and aromatic distillations.
For alcoholic distillations, the boiler has a capacity of 1.5 liters and a yield of 10-15% of its capacity. (150 to 225 ml are obtained per distillation)
For aromatic distillations it has a capacity of 1.5 liters in the boiler and 100 grams of plants or flowers in the column.
Made of 0.7 mm hammered copper sheet, handles and nuts in bright brass and riveted joints.
We can empty and reload the column when the oil in the plants or flowers runs out (we can load and unload the column 3 to 5 times per distillation)
We can distill 300 to 500 grams of plants or flowers by distillation. We obtain 0.9 to 1.2 liters of hydrolate or floral waters and 1 to 3 ml of pure essential oil depending on the plant.
Includes :
- Small thermometer 0-120 to monitor distillation temperature.
- Column Separation Grill, placed above the plants to prevent them from rising and blocking the tube that goes to the cooler.
- Boiler separation grill, to prevent solid product from sticking to the bottom of the boiler, if we carry out direct distillations in the boiler.
